Role:
The Junior .Net Developer designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software applications and components. Supports and/or installs software applications and components.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including, but not limited to, Visual Studio, ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript,VB.NET and Crystal Reports.
• Create and deliver data-driven reports.
• Design, code and test new functionality in existing ASP.Net and Windows form applications.
• Enhance existing systems by analysing business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement.
• Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects.
• Investigate and develop skills in new technologies.
• Create technical specifications and test plans.
• Consult closely with management and customers around projects and tasks.
• Consult colleagues concerning maintenance and performance of software systems.
• Get involved in new client implementation projects and processes.
• Provide support and training on an on-going basis to clients.

Skill Requirements:
Successful candidates will likely have basic experience in a professional capacity and a strong interest in technology trends. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field a bonus. A basic understanding of at least some of the following technologies are required. Candidates must be willing to undergo a technical assessment.

• VB.NET/C# (Candidate must be willing to work in VB.Net)
• Experience with Crystal Reports and Manufacturing Execution systems are a plus, but not required. Compensation: Compensation consisting of base salary and benefits package will be in line with market trends.
